Treasurer’s Report
Chair Annie Hensley reported the checking account has $85,144.42; CD $83,925.61; and investment $128,103.67.

President’s Comments – Chris Crouse had nothing special to announce.
Secretary’s Report – Nola Adler was absent and sent no report.

Committee Reports
Appearance and Beautification
Chair Butch Cheatham reported he is continuing to battle weeds and debris, and appreciates everyone’s assistance with these matters.

Architectural Committee Report
Chair Kevin Hensley reported: “Since my last report, three requests were submitted to the Committee for review and they were approved. They were for two sheds and one deck. No requests for approval are currently under review. No issues or complaints are currently being investigated by the Committee.”

Aviation
Chair FJ Hale had nothing to report.

Common Areas and Facilities
Chair Jim Monaco had nothing to report.

Deer Control
Chair Scott Diamond had nothing to report.

Roads and Maintenance
Chair Mike Gupton reported he is working with contractors on getting bids for road repairs.

Chair David Hammer had nothing to report.

New Business
FJ Hale shared a letter he received from Mecklenburg County Attorney Russell Slayton about the Laura Davis Foote house, that an additional court hearing is not necessary. MALA was awarded the relief it sought, and is entitled to exercise the rights awarded August 17, 2010. He (Slayton) advised Harrison Jamison to not become involved in the matter.
